  • Science Week

Mon 10 Mar 2025 Mrs Handy

This week is national Science Week and Rose Street has been investigating!

On Friday we kicked off the week by enjoying an assembly from Olly the Science Boffin where he made elephant toothpaste, and set light to his hand.

During this week, children have been invited to visit The Science Gadget Shop, where they could purchase items with a scientific theme.

In addition, each class has been conducting fair test investigations where they change one variable.

On Friday, parents were invited to join their children, so that they can witness a live investigation.

Finally, each year group has also learnt more about a significant scientist by writing a biography.
