DRUMBA is an high-energy fitness program that merges drumming with exercise, getting children and adults moving to music whilst learning rhythms, improving coordination, and helps boost confidence.
We used drumsticks to bang on drums in time with music, following energetic routines that build stamina, strength, and teamwork, making it a cross-curricular tool for health and well-being.
